Petition for Columbae RAs to do Weekly/Biweekly House Jobs

With the exception of Gurmen, the hourly workload placed on current residents often exceeds the weekly hours for the RAs. RAs are paid on a basis of 10 hours per week, which the actual workload typically doesn't reach.

In other co-op houses, RAs have more house responsibilities similar to residents (except in some exceptions) unlike in Columbae. With 7 RAs in a house of approximately 44 residents, 14% (6/44) of the house can help cover the current shortage. Some of the house RAs have jobs that can be switched when the house isn't clean.
