I was a parent of a kindergarten student at Crossroad who went missing because the school released my kid (student) to an unknown adult without checking ID or the list for authorized people to pickup and lied to me about mixing my kid up with another student. The teacher knew me and only me at the time and when I saw her the first few mins and asked who she released my kid to, she answered “a woman”. She then states that it is not crossroads policy to check everyone’s ID at release time. Dr Nichols did not only acknowledge this mistake or apologize she made up some excuse and sympathy story about how she’s also lost her kid and how she felt at that time. She had no sympathy whatsoever in this situation and to this day, she has not reached out personally to apologize to me or my spouse for this wrong doing and negligence. We must investigate Dr Nichols’ administrative actions within the school immediately.
