Stop The Solar Land Grab! In Charlotte County, Va

To stop solar panels taking over the farmland, places for wildlife to live and destroying the environment. If they keep putting up All these solar and wind panels in ares where people don't want them it is not good. Supposed they have put alot of solar panels in area to save consumers money but there power bills keep going up. Just check into a scientist Nikolia Tesla back in late 1800's Free Energy. God gave us the Sun to see by and warm us up why does mankind charge so much money to use some things that are free from God. Just check out Mr Tesla great inventor, just wait for when all his inventions come to the light 🕯️.

Need to stop the destruction to our rural community and preservation of our agricultural culture , forestry, wildlife and ecological balance.

It's just grabbing up land that can be used for 🌍. Plus people do not realize that when the panels are not working anymore that it is no where ( from what I hear) to dispose of them

I don’t want to see my family and friends have to deal with the panels in the future.

We chose to live in Charlotte county for the beautiful country side it is, to farm this land - not for it to be lined with solar panels that will take away valuable agriculture

Let us find a way by which we can retain the beauty of our farmland while giving landowners an opportunity to add a revenue stream. We should NOT sell out to those who do not share our interests. We need to ensure that the representatives we elected to office represent our community interests and hold them accountable.

I think the solar fields are ugly and will be obsolete in no time, leaving abandoned fields of ugly panels. Plus it takes away valuable farm land.

These large solar farms are a blight on the country side and I live in this county and don't want to see that happen. Its also a fact that the pollution generated by these pannels far exceeds that of so called fossile fuels. There is no recycle plan on the solar pannels and they will simply over fill landfills and landfills will then need to be expanded...vicious cycle.

Because I Live Here, And I Came Here From Somewhere That Has Fallen For This. So Less Than 2 Years Ago, I Came Here For The Reason Of Escaping The Growth Of Unatural Projects. Would Be Better Off Offering It To People As A Benefit, But I Guess Its Too Much To Run Wires From Individual Homes, So They Just Take Nature, Well, I Aint With That

It is important because with what has been done so far I see huge changes around where I live.The wild animals are affected.Solar panels are not clean, nor are they cost efficient unless you have your own.corporate greed.

I am very concerned about the decisions to approve such vast solar projects without understanding the long term environmental impacts.

These proposed projects endanger the land, the ecosystem, and the most financially and socially vulnerable members of our communities.

I do not feel that it will benefit my grandchildren in years to come. They will be stuck with the clean up of the panels and nowhere to dispose of them. Also don’t like the extra excessive e heat the panels will draw to the area!

I don't want solar panels taking over the beautiful farmland in this county. I do not support that.

This beautiful county is being made ugly by the solar power. I agree with solar but with it was placed on buildings instead. Land is being taken away from farming that could produce food for the local residents to purchase.

So that our citizens are able to live in a safe environment. For our county to remain safe for wildlife and to preserve their natural habitat!

To continue to uphold the integrity of the rural life of Charlotte County, and to deter the chance of those lands being amassed with solar projects that will create environmental issues for future generations.

These big cartels must be stoped to save our farmland!. It's an eye sore and a temporary supply of electricity. The main purpose is for Homeland Security and Microsoft government facilities.
