Someone who’s trying to stay true to their religion should not be forced to cut hair if they only want to style hair.
Styling hair is an important economic endeavor for women and men and should not require a full cosmetology license.
Styling hair isn’t something that is permanent. It shouldn’t have to be taught to you in a class. If you’re not altering then it shouldn’t be an issue.
I believe that is important to let people do hair without a license due to the passion and love that they have and can share with others and possibly not wanting a cosmetology license a lot of times when you go to a salon to get your hair done they charge ridiculous prices and a lot of times can’t even get it in
i don’t think you need a license to style hair
No need to have a license if your just combing and hurling hair.
To prohibit someone from wanting to do up-dos for special occasions is ludicrous. Let people be paid for their talent.
Women have been doing hair for years. As long as there isn't a chemical being used it shouldn't be an issue!

I style hair too
Some people have expertise in certain things such as hairstyling for weddings etc. If someone is not going to be providing services such as cutting, perming, and washing, I wouldn’t see why it would be necessary for them to have a cosmetology license for something that they are not providing.
I feel that if you are good at something, you don't need a license to accomplish what you need to do to earn a living.
I agree if you don’t have the desire of cutting or dying hair then you shouldn’t need a license just for styling it…
It just is
I think a person should have the freedom to curl and style friends or families hair without having to be certified.
I would love to style hair without having to pay $10k to go to school for something I’m gifted at.
It will bring more opportunities for people without the red tape
