I don't want to see our farm land turn into housing developments.
Because this is less than 2 miles from my house. We already have problems out here in the with vandalism and people being on others property for no reason. Furthermore there is no winter support this far out, which I'm fine with but those people won't be. They'll jack up our already increased property taxes. People that have lived here all their lives are already finding it hard to pay for their taxes with the last increase. The amount of cars that it will increase on the roads will damage them fast which will also increase our taxes. Housing developments need to stay out of this area. We moved out here to stay away from them.
There is too much unsustainable and unsupportable growth in this area already.
Please don’t rezone.
I am a contingent neighbor
I see problems with adding traffic in a blind curve and with soil drainage in a very compromised environment
Farmland should be preserved and protected. We do not more out of staters. That is all it’s bringing.
High density housing creates many issues for surrounding residents. We moved away from the city to get away from those issues.
1 it brings more crime and noise.
2 it will effect the large amount of underground water we have
3 we don’t have the infrastructure and traffic is horrible just when the schools let out.
4 the farm land looks a !@#$! sight better than houses back to back.
Farm lands are important to food resources. We don’t eat fake food!
Need to keep land open and slow growth in rob co.
No rezoning in Cedar Hill needs to be done
I was just saying to my son this morning on our commute “when you’re grown up this gorgeous road will be all housing development”. I remember my mom saying the same to me. We have to have a limit. We have to preserve what makes our county beautiful and special. Preserve what brought us here in the first place. We are already losing so much farm land.
Keep our country small
It goes against everything I stand for keep small town America SMALL!!
To preserve the welfare of the generational farmers, farm land and the wildlife that land encroachment keeps them from safety, natural habitat and survival.
Trying to keep farms around instead of building subdivisions
All Zoning should require a 5 acre lot to build a house, single family home. We do not want any Neighbor hoods in Cedar Hill or the immediate surrounding areas.
We farm around there and traffic down that road.
Tired of farm land being turned into neighborhoods
keep farmland not high residential area
We need to keep the farm land and not have so many houses everywhere it will just cause our roads to get worse than they are now the city does nothing to make our roads better but they build stuff for them self that's where all our tax money goes it goes to fund there hobbies but needs to be for the city as in re pave burgess Gower and other roads that are terribly messed up all they do is cold patch them and it only stays in the whole for like 2 weeks
It is important to maintain rural values.
Keep the country rural. We don't need more residential housing without the proper infrastructure to support it.
We are neighbors to this area and don't feel the roads will support a subdivision.
Grew up here all my life drive burgess gower weekly. Tired of seeing homes thrown up everywhere and that field does nothing but hold water
We do not want to see Coopertown become more commercialized. We moved to a rural area for a reason. We do not want to see commercial growth in our area.
Directly affected
Keeping our city Rural.
We own farm land nearby and we do not need any more growth!
Don't want that much traffic in our area
