Too many houses have been built already that just sit empty and for sale. We don't need more building, especially when it's so rural and they want to cram so many houses in such a small property. Plus no infrastructure plan or water retention plan.

I have family members who live on Will Head Road. I have driven down it many times. I feel strongly this area cannot accommodate 14 additional homes in such a close proximity.

I own land from Burgess Gower to Will Head Road. I also live on Burgess Gower Road. If the land in question is developed, there will be more traffic on Burgess Gower and Will Head Road.

The infrastructure in the whole state is failing at rapid rates. We cannot support what we already have, we do not need more. Have you not noticed the flooding in recent years? There is NOWHERE for the run off to go! We need our farm land. Stop destroying it!

I am tired of all the houses being built, Springfield is getting way too big and soon will be like White House or Hendersonville. Keep Springfield small!

We moved here to be in a small town with small town values and charm. We would hate to see that change. That would cost too much in infrastructure and more people will probably over crowd schools and potentially bring more crime.

We’re losing way too much open space. You’ll lose what makes Robertson County special. It will look like every other town.

Growth for the sake of growth and profits of developers is not necessarily in the best interests of the citizenship of this community.

My family lives there, my great grandfather was Arnold Holland, he was a Chief Fireman for Springfield, I grew up with my cousins. I don't want to see a beautiful countryside littered with new development, either homes or commercial.
The smell of tobacco smoking in the barns is a welcome home scent. The fields of corn , I can hear my son singing corn , extending the word and making a game of ending the word at the end of the field or he ran out of breath one.

I am absolutely not for this happening. Moved to this area over 10 years ago from a overpopulated city for the privacy and country life and bringing this into this area will take away from this area completely and it’s charm.

I chose Robertson County for the rural nature it holds. To continue to subdivide farmland for housing takes away the beauty of the area. Additionally, it removes the opportunity to continue moving forward as the farming community Robertson County is known for. Dark fired tobacco and cattle are the biggest agricultural incomes here. Removing farmland for housing subdivisions reduces available farmland.
