This is not far from our property and we want to see farm land protected for our next generation. Coopertown is selling off way too much land and it’s not the quaint community it used to be. Stop crowding!
Will impact my daily life and traffic on my road.
I live on Burgess Gower.
I didn't move to the country so I could be surrounded by houses and stuck in traffic
Putting more traffic on a narrow road that farm equipment frequently travels is dangerous
We have family that lives right down from this. Also this is a main route for us.
Family ties
The rural beauty around us will be destroyed if it is snapped up and replaced with houses on 1/4 acre lots by developers.
To keep our little town our little town! We have enough high dollar homes no one can afford
I have family members that not only live one lot away from this proposed development, but also have family members that live farther down Burgess Gower Rd.
That means I will have children and grandchildren driving past that development numerous times each day and night. The traffic that is generated by this development, as well as the section of the road it is located on, will only increase the chances of accidents happening.
The 2040 plan in place calls for this type of development to be put elsewhere in the county.
To much farmland is being sold off in pieces & our taxes keep going up even though more people are buying houses
I am tired of seeing our beautiful farmland turned into disgusting, ugly, overpriced houses.
It is important we keep our farmland. Building houses on it lessens our own ability as a country to sustain ourselves.
Overcrowding and losing more of our beautiful farm land to greedy half ass builders
I don’t want to loose farmland
The road and terrain cannot possibly handle this many houses without disrupting the community. Fire, EMS, and police will have a very hard time accessing homes on such a secluded road. Additional septic systems will potentially pollute the water table.
There are so many homes already sitting vacant and on the market for sale. Farm land is vital to the survival of the human race.
Rural Communities needs to be kept Rural, without Rural where will the dairy and the food come from?
unregulated growth is destroying the county
