We the undersigned support a 2026 Warrant Article to hire a consulting firm to do an independent review and report of our town management, its operations, processes, efficiency, workplace culture and organizational structure. This report would include actionable recommendations for our town management.
Obrazloženje
In addition to 114 signatures on the paper petition, CFW wants to give stakeholders in the area A VOICE digitally….,to include merchants, seasonal residents, patrons, and ALL CONSTITUENTS WHO CARE ABOUT WOLFEBORO, beyond and in addition to voters.

I was born & raised in Wolfeboro and my Piper family has been here in Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro since the early 1700’s. My family was monumental in establishing these towns and keeping them ‘ours’ and not under the control of outsiders who have NO interest in keeping our small town values and assets intact.
These types of reviews are customary in large corporations, especially public organizations to help highlight opportunities for improvement, ensure the organization is complying with policies and regulations, identify gaps in best practices and provide an independent view of organizational operations for stakeholders who otherwise would not.

I feel this independent review would be beneficial to the town and hopefully make the town more efficient and cut down on spending and inefficient and/or unnecessary town positions. I feel things could be run much better than how the current administration is running the town. Any incompetent employee or town official must be replaced.
