The Richmond County Animal Shelter is being ran by K-2 Solutions. They have failed state inspections twice. The leading management there has been caught diluting euthanasia on a dog/dogs. Has gotten caught going off premises to euthanize dogs. It’s time for change! Jasper Rivers has the knowledge schooling ,and heart to run this program. Mr. Rivers is also trained as a ACO and a N.C./ S.C. wildlife control agent. He has the heart that our county needs!
