The goal I am looking to achieve is to allow Medical Marijuana Patients to grow a controlled amount of plants in their homes. Ideally 4-6 plants per patient.
Raison
It is important to allow Medical Marijuana Patients to grow their medicine because they would be able to focus on cross breeding plants with terpenes recommended by their doctor to create the perfect strain for themselves. It can take 7-9 weeks for a plant to be grown and harvested. Within that time period patients would still need to go to the dispensary to get their medicine. Which means that the dispensaries won't lose out on money either. It's a win, win for the dispensaries and the patients!
