We, the undersigned residents of the Waverly, are writing this petition to bring to the Waverly management team's attention the growing concerns regarding security in our community. We kindly request the Waverly management team's immediate attention and implementation of the following proposals to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Security Personnel Request: We respectfully request the appointment of a dedicated security personnel assigned solely to our residential building from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. The presence of well-trained security personnel is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment within our premises. These personnel should have the necessary skills to handle emergencies, monitor visitor access, and deter unauthorized individuals from entering the building. By having dedicated security personnel, we hope to significantly enhance the overall security of our residential building.
Lifestyle Manager Request: We would also like to request the employment of a Lifestyle Manager who will be available for duty 7 days a week. A Lifestyle Manager plays a vital role in fostering a sense of community, addressing resident concerns, and organizing various social and recreational activities. Their presence contributes to a better quality of life for residents, stimulates a positive community atmosphere, and promotes a sense of security.
We firmly believe that the implementation of the aforementioned requests would greatly improve the living experience of every resident in our building.
