In order to safely accommodate as many St Cloud Halloween Parade participants as possible, we need to petition the town to close the busiest portions of the route
If you live on any of the proposed closed streets, we need to petition you in order to obtain the funding and manpower to actually close the streets in question.

If you live on any of these streets in the St Cloud neighborhood of West Orange, we need your help
- Edgewood Ave from Fairview to Arverne (1 Edgewood to 24 Edgewood)
- Fairview Ave from Edgewood to Ridgeway (1 Fairview to 55 Fairview)
- Arverne Road from Edgewood to Ridgeway Park (87 Arverne to 107 Arverne)
- Lessing Road from Edgewood to Highland (1 Lessing to 28 Lessing)
- Highland Blvd (all)
- Murphy Court (all)
The annual St Cloud Halloween Parade will bring literally hundreds of trick-or-treaters to your block between 5pm and 9pm on Halloween. The event seems to get larger every year, with no signs of it stopping.
It is of vital importance that we keep the event safe for participants and homeowners alike.
In order to do so, we need WOPD-manned closure of the busiest streets on the route - and the only way to do that is to provide the town with a petition signed by homeowners whose addresses are on those closed streets.
Specifically, we need signatures from residents on the closed streets to agree to have the block closed to traffic from 5pm to 9pm on October 31.
If you are in one of the addresses identified above, AND you agree to have your street closed to outside traffic on October 31, 2023 from 5pm-9pm, please sign the petition ***with your address***.
