To: Local & State Leaders of Florida

We, the undersigned citizens of Florida, stand united in opposition to the endless mandates and overregulation being forced upon our families, businesses, and communities.

Government’s proper role is to protect our rights — not to micromanage our lives. Yet today, we see:

• Local officials imposing mandates that strip away personal choice.
• Small businesses crushed by red tape and regulatory burdens.
• Emergency powers abused to create long-term restrictions without accountability.

These policies don’t strengthen our communities — they weaken them. They drive up costs, kill innovation, and limit the freedom that makes Florida strong.

We demand:

1. An immediate rollback of harmful mandates that limit individual choice and responsibility.
2. Real regulatory reform to eliminate unnecessary red tape for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
3. Limits on the abuse of emergency powers, ensuring citizens have a voice in how long-term rules are enacted.
4. Transparency and justification for any future regulation before it becomes law.

Florida has thrived when people are free to make their own choices, innovate, and take responsibility for their lives. We call on our leaders to put liberty first, cut the red tape, and end the mandates and overregulation holding our communities back.
