I am deeply concerned for the well-being of other individuals and families who may also be taken advantage of, just like myself and many other hardworking people who have lived here. It is crucial that people know what they are getting into before deciding to move here. The anxiety, depression, and sadness that one may experience while living at Heron Pointe Apartments is something I want to prevent others from going through.

I urge anyone considering a move to be cautious and aware of the issues surrounding Herion Pointe Apartments. Please read the reviews on Google and Apartments.com. The reviews reflect the truth about this place. They consistently charge exorbitant electricity bills, ranging from $400 to $500 per month, even if you are rarely at home or work long hours. They will even evict you if you cannot afford these utility bills and manipulate eviction documents by providing false information, demanding payment, or facing eviction.

The management at Heron Pointe Apartments can be intimidating and deceitful. One of my neighbors experienced severe depression due to the high monthly electricity bills, which left him struggling to buy food and pushed him into debt eventually causing him to want to commit suicide. He eventually sought therapy and had to take antidepressants. As for me, I have also experienced depression as a result of how I have been treated as a tenant.

Living at Heron Pointe Apartments comes with additional challenges. Your car may be towed from in front of your garage, and you will consistently receive outrageous electric bills, ranging from $300 to $700 per month, even after paying them off. They charge for parking spaces, and I had to pay for a new lock when I moved in because my door was broken. I was also required to pay for a garage opener and was never given a pool key or mailbox key. The sauna is not functional, and the complex is infested with roaches and spiders, making it an unpleasant living environment.

I want to prevent others from experiencing what I went through, as well as the countless others who have shared similar experiences. I wish I had known about the issues before signing a lease. I promise you will leave in debt. Renting here feels like renting from Satan himself the management are pure evil, with no compassion or empathy for hardworking individuals trying to make a living and care for their families. They refuse to offer payment plans for bills and will evict you, demanding payment and lawyer fees before allowing you to stay. You will become a source of profit for them, and they will find ways to drain you financially while you go into more debt until you are gone or forcibly removed.

I urge you to run far away from Heron Pointe Apartments. Please save yourself from this dreadful experience.
