Control speed on Abbott, Smithwood, and Heath/Spence Streets with a combination of a four way stop sign at Heath/Spence and Abbott, and speed bumps on all four streets.

I am raising a 4 year old granddaughter who we walk to school every day. Traffic is dangerous to the point that my granddaughter is not safe. All other pedestrians in the neighborhood are at severe risk of injury or death. Autos and trucks exceed the school speed limits with impunity. Drivers shout at pedestrians for walking across streets legally. It is a completely unsafe school environment.
