It is important to us that employees live closer to their companies, which saves a lot of CO2. To achieve this, buildings must be allowed to be built higher.

In Switzerland, the average commute is 29 km. This should be shortened. One of the easiest ways could be to increase the maximum headroom. If you build apartments on top of your company, they should be allowed to be built several storeys higher.
