Thank you for your support. Unfortunately, the petition was ignored by Mr. Cicero and his team at the PA Office of Consumer Advocate. Mr. Cicero had said we needed 1,000 signatures, which we fell short of at 275, including signers on another platform. In any event, in our discussions with the OCA team it seems that the OCA did want to assist in obtaining a smart meter opt-out, but after we built a case for them to do so at PUC public input hearings, they've been silent, implying that they've allowed the tentacles of the PA utilities to squeeze them out of their duty to PA utility consumers.
