Explanatory Foreword:
I am publishing this USDC case document in it's original unredacted form because THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT and UNITED STATES ATTORNEY motioned for and ordered the sealing and or redaction of the majority of the case dockets documents effectively removing public access and modifying original pleadings and informations contained in filings.

I firmly believe in US CITIZENS Constitutional Right to action against its government. This right is largely reliant upon citizens access to information, specifically information involving the acts & omissions of US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY/AGENTS which effect a large protected population of US CITIZENS which are also also of significant interest to the greater general public.

I affirmed me and my children's rights and all other US citizens rights in case Responsive Motion objecting to, THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT FLORIDA ORLANDO DIVISION's "SEALING and Redaction" order, but it was dismissed on procedural grounds, presumably to conceal the failures of the defendants to Protect Jeremiah, Chloe and Me from the harm of International Child Abductions and State enforced family separations.

I also believe that it is pertinent to disclose the following to The American Public:

1. The Court has denied multiple pleadings and demands to grant me, as Plaintiff and Natural Legal Guardian of my children, "permission" to use (principal party utility access) the electronic filing system in this case.

2. The court and/or clerk of the court has also failed to digitally record many of the tangible paper hardcopies of key pleadings and informations which I filed in person appearing at the the Clerk of Court in Orlando Florida.

This has caused an incredible undue urden in my ability to represent Jeremiah and Chloe by requiring that I drive from Palm Bay FL to Orlando Florida to ensure that critical evidence is properly filed to the case docket. In at least 2 separate incidents even this did not result in the entirety of the filed papers in my children's case to be posted to the cases dockets.

I simply do not understand how the USA et al AGENCY continues to add insult to me and my children's injuries. These offenses are classified and codified in US LAW as MAJOR CRIMES and me and my children deserve the dignity and respect and all legal entitlement afforded to VICTIMS OF MAJOR CRIMES.
