Souplantion was a restaurant we frequented before the pandemic and even before we moved to San Diego. It has great variety of healthy food that is not overpriced and is family friendly. It is hard to feed a family during these challenging times and would be a great addition (or re-introduction) to the Escondido area as it is a food desert. There are too many fast food restaurants and not enough healthy options. Thank you for your consideration.
