My family and I used to frequent the soup plantation prior to their closing during Covid. We would love to have another soup and salad buffet restaurant here in Escondido. I feel you would have a great customer base here in our city since there are no restaurants like this close to us any longer. I’m sure people from surrounding cities would drive to this location as well.
