Vendors who are outside of downtown should not be affected due to downtown shootings. It was a kid who shot off the gun not a food truck vendor who was miles away. Food trucks give people time to sober up, eat some good food, build community, and supporting a small local business should be the cities priority. NOT forcing them to close earlier.
