Small businesses are the heart of every town and should be treated equally regardless of the district. Over regulation kills any hope of making a community culture stick. This is one of the things wrong with DTO. We don’t want anymore big corporations. We want mom & pops ! We want to support local entrepreneurs. If the customers are there, they should be allowed to operate.
