I would like to see historical places protected and preserved. In addition Carter Country Club is a beautiful green space in the city of Lebanon that serves many local people and is part of what makes our community unique.. Finally, it is important to me because I live in the neighborhood abutting the property and the development would frankly be an eyesore, not to mention increase the traffic on Route 4 significantly.
