The 610 Old York conditional use drive-through proposal prioritizes car traffic over our community for private interests- undermining our community's health, children’s safety, neighborhood character, and well-being through unnecessary traffic loading to and from a commercial drive-through via Spring Ave ingress and egress.

Today's Spring Ave / Rodman Ave / 611 intersection is dysfunctional and cannot handle additional vehicular traffic, as noted in the Jenkintown traffic report dated October 3, performed by Mark E. Bickerton, PE, Borough Traffic Engineer.
611 is a commercial road and must be used as the sole entry and exit to and from this commercial business. Our neighborhood streets are not a private business gateway.
