We want Eagle River to have regional bus service restored specifically we want to expedite the implementation of People Mover bus Route R which is priority number #16 of the Anchorage Transit on the Move Plan

Eagle Rivers Land use plan and transit plan were made relying upon a strong public transit system to connect all the parts of Chugiak and Eagle River and to bring vital business into our downtown so that businesses there can survive and thrive. And to knit our community together. Without alternatives to driving especially during the winter so many members of our community are left isolated and with limited access to the goods, services, and support that make our eagle river economy thrive. Especially those who are financially disenfranchised, disabled, or are too young to drive
