Why people sign

No one deserves to be unjustly imprisoned.
- People of color get higher sentences than white people for the same and lesser crimes.
- People are getting imprisoned for things they didn't do and/or aren't actual crimes.
It's unreasonable and unjust.

Too long has the justice system been loking us up unjustly. Not to mention, so many laws of change or has been modified and yet, my brothers and sisters are still locked up for law that has been changed years ago. It’s time to put an end to this.

The justice system is corrupted, people who SHOULD be sentenced aren't, some are sentenced for a longer period for something minor especially for a first offense. Not everyone is given the same opportunity as others because of the color of their skin. The justice system has became a profit for themselves, the justice system isn't here to help people correct their lives, they're only here to make another dollar off them by overcrowding prisons, and not providing the proper tools for inmates to better their mental health or actions.
