The speed limit on Elizabeth Street is 25. The hills on the street make it easy for drivers to speed. There is no traffic light at the bottom so there is a long stretch where drivers can go very fast.
Reason
Speeding on this street isn't monitored by police. Pets have been run over and the drivers don't even stop. Someday it might be a person.
