More lighting. Making cross walks brighter. Closing down the south bound ramp from I65. Move the north bound bus stop. More patrolling and camera's. Stricter penalties for speeding bus drivers. Lower the speed limit. Stricter penalties for anyone without a license and insurance. No turn on red signs.

Reason

Too many people getting hit and/or dying at the intersection of Raymond and Shelby. The intersection has been dangerous for decades. Enough is enough!

Thank you for your support, Tracy Gillard, Indianapolis

Why people sign

Keeping the streets safer for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.

That intersection is poorly designed and deadly for pedestrians

Because safety is big and I have kids that live here

There have been too many accidents at that intersection.

My husband was hit October 13th while walking to the north bound bus stop. He remained in critical condition until he passed away thanksgiving morning 2025. Making those responsible for my husband Jeff Gillard
