For over three year the WHDOH has allowed the regression of the northern section of Canton Road which began with the infiltration of the oil and gas industry. Blatantly and continuously lieing and changing the widely know fact that that section was a bituminous (tar and chip) composition. The regression leads to the faith of taxpayers toward public entities lacking and supporting said people. Supporting whomever brings more money to the table.
