We do not want to see anyone freeze to death or have to deal with hypothermia or frostbite in these temperatures. Just delivering food and standing outside for 1-2 hours was almost unbearable , let alone Waiting 4-6 hours for Saint Anthony's to open. We cannot let this continue as people's health and safety is at risk.
