Petition addressed to: Local Mount Holly residents
Our Current aim that we are against is on a parcel from route 103 to Roger Hill Rd in Mount Holly Vt. Parcel is owned by Bent Birch LLC. The developer is trying to shoehorn in 4 x 5 bedroom houses on 2.8 to 4.5 acres each. For a total of 13.5 acres.
Reason
This will radically change the rural area of Roger Hill Road and abutting properties, and have a negative impact on our rural community and wildlife corridor, while providing minimal tax income to the town of Mount Holly.
