The President of Liberia appoints Mayors and Superintendents in accordance with the constitution. In order to conduct a referendum election, it is imperative that we obtain the necessary signatures.
By electing individuals to these posts, they will be responsible and answerable to the residents of their respective cities and counties. This will facilitate the essential development required for Liberia.
