Dieneba is a beloved mother, daughter, cousin, and member of our community. Her case was handled in a way that raises serious concerns about fairness, integrity, and due process. Evidence was overlooked, key facts were misrepresented, and there was a noticeable lack of transparency throughout the trial. This is not just a legal issue — it is a moral one. A wrongful conviction not only strips a person of their freedom, but it also deeply harms families and communities.
