Petition addressed to: Manchester Board of Aldermen

We call upon the Manchester Board of Aldermen to deny the proposed Special Use Permit that would allow an automobile service facility at the historic Henry Avenue Schoolhouse (120 Henry Avenue).

**PLEASE ATTEND THE PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, JULY 20 @ 7PM @ MANCHESTER JUSTICE CENTER, 200 HIGHLANDS BLVD. PACK THE HOUSE!**

Reason

This proposal would permanently change one of Manchester's historic landmarks by introducing commercial automotive service operations, include vehicle service bays, expanded parking, increased traffic, and business operations beginning as early as 7:30 AM.

This proposal is incompatible with the historic character of the property and surrounding neighborhood, and does not serve the interests of our community.

We ask the Board of Aldermen to preserve Manchester's history, protect our neighborhood, uphold existing zoning laws, and vote NO on the Special Use Permit.

**PLEASE ATTEND THE PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, JULY 20 @ 7PM @ MANCHESTER JUSTICE CENTER, 200 HIGHLANDS BLVD. PACK THE HOUSE!**

Thank you so much for your support, Protect Henry Avenue Historic District, Manchester
