As PTSA President, we are unable to submit the paperwork to GMP directly as they request the Town of Fairfax applies. The PTSA appreciates the time to submit the paperwork is minimal, but to support them they are willing to pay for the rental equipment which is then used to put up/down both banners and flags for both projects.

The request can be submitted to be approved for a commitment to be able to annually and a repeat process will not need to be completed in the future.

The combination of the flags and banners on the poles is a reoccurring project due to COVID and now has become a tradition that both the students and community supports and values.
