Cars have been speeding up and down Harvard Avenue in Hillside NJ for years, killing animals and damaging cars. We need speed bumps to slow down the traffic.
Reason
Many residents complained about the speeding cars. They are a danger to human and animal life as well as damage to parked vehicles.
