A local lawyer wants to rezone 12.88 acres as commercial lot to build a ‘strip mall’.

Razones.

We have several in the area all less then a 15-10 minute drive. This development could drop our property values and as a resident hoping to sell in a few years as an investment would like to oppose the vote to rezone this property.
