Petition is addressed to: Mayor and ward counsellor

To stop motorists from speeding down Victoria Road as there are far too many accidents on the stretch of road between the wood gate road turnoff and chilli bar. People have lost their lives and the cemetery fence is constantly damaged making it easy for bad elements to get into the cemetery to vandalise graves, drug etc. cars also do not stop at the pedestrian crossings outside Shoprite and chilli bar

Reason

To eliminate accidents, loss of lives and damage to the city’s property ie cemetary fence, traffic signs, etc

Thank you for your support, Concerned residents, Plumstead

Why people sign

For the safety my family, other pedestrians & motorost.

Stop motorrist from speeding in the area, accidents happens often.

I am a resident and the traffic in this road is very fast and dangerous for children and community walking to the shops in this area.
