Raised pedestrian crossings or speed bumps in Victoria road Plumstead / southfield

Petition addressed to: Mayor and ward counsellor

To stop motorists from speeding down Victoria Road as there are far too many accidents on the stretch of road between the wood gate road turnoff and chilli bar. People have lost their lives and the cemetery fence is constantly damaged making it easy for bad elements to get into the cemetery to vandalise graves, drug etc. cars also do not stop at the pedestrian crossings outside Shoprite and chilli bar
