Reopen Johannesburg Libraries On Saturdays

Many kids, especially from disadvantaged families where electricity and water is a challenge would benefit. Others are from abusive and troubled families where studying could pose a challenge. Lastly, many kids would spend their time productivity instead of hanging around spaza shops not knowing if the sun is rising or setting.

To be able to take my children to the library as I did as a child. My son lives books but being a working mum I can't take him during the week.
