The regulations for AFIP applications stipulate: "Applications that do not meet the requirements of section 11 of the Regulations will not be counted toward the annual cap and will not be processed." In January, numerous applicants submitted their applications without fulfilling the one-year work requirement, and consequently, a significant number of these applications have been returned. In accordance with the regulations, the quotas from these returned applications should be made available again, thereby giving us a fair opportunity to apply!
Motivazioni:
We have worked in the Canadian agriculture or food industry for one year and fully meet all the application requirements for the Agri-Food Immigration Pilot (AFIP) program. We strictly adhere to rules and laws. However, some individuals who failed to comply with these regulations submitted applications improperly, disrupting the application process and preventing us from submitting our own. We seek fairness, and Canada needs permanent residents who value fairness and respect the law.

I need a fair policy! I live in a fair country, a country of credit, and a country with a spirit of contract.
We are a disciplined and honest groupwe meet the requirements of the agricultural immigration program, we are hard-working workers, hope to stay in Canada through a reasonable and legal way, and aspire to work and live well in Canada. Some people know that their applications have been returned by the immigration Bureau due to lack of information, we request that the vacant position can be opened to us, because we have complete information and meet the requirements of agricultural immigration. We are anxiously waiting, pleading and expecting.
Fairness is very important. When a policy loses fairness, it becomes an invalid policy. The person who formulated the policy has already stepped down, and this unfair policy must also step down!

I have more than 2 years experience in Agri food industry and I am still working in this industry. and when I tried to submit the pr application; it didn’t go through since the quota was already full.
