New petition description:

We want to preserve the existing makerspace in Huerfano County and grow it into the full Skillworks Innovation Center—a community hub for creativity, hands-on learning, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.We ask local community members, leaders, funders, and decision-makers to support the permanent establishment and expansion of the makerspace into the SkillworksSkill works Innovation Center. This includes backing funding, land access, and long-term planning to make this vital community resource sustainable.
