Good morning neighbors,
The antagonistic behavior continues with Tenant Brian Okunbor at 79 Clark Place and Revid Properties.
I’ve attached an article from The Daily Memphis regarding updates.
Brian continues to fishtail up and down the street in loud sports vehicles. The Crump Station Police was called and that has quieted down again momentarily.
He also continues to park vehicles in the front yard and is currently storing 8 vehicles on the property. Our ordinances permit only 4 vehicles per address.
I attempt to get outside to do yardwork at 6 AM in this heat. This morning at around 6:30 AM, Brian moved vehicles around and left a diesel truck backed up to my fence running for over an hour. This seems like intentional retaliation. He then proceeded to make loud racket with a hammer working on the vehicles.
At 7:30, I finally gave up and came indoors to send this email. I have a chronic illness which requires me to reduce stress, and we've been enduring this ongoing saga for way too long. Last year, we were told by Code Enforcement that Brian had been evicted, but he hasn’t moved and there doesn't appear to be an end in sight. STILL NO PEACE!
