I walk my dog every day in my neighborhood and am APPALLED to see clumps of dog poop on every block, mostly from large dogs. These dogs can't bag it themselves. These owners have some kind of misplaced entitlement issues, or they are just plain lazy. I can't foresee a Poop Police being established, but please do whatever you can to enforce some kind of regulation for dog owners to pick up their dog's poop. Or don't have a dog.
