This is an absolute money grab at all of our expense and basically encompasses all that is wrong with capitalism--deconstructing a potentially great property (in need of decent management or reinvisioning) to construct a sickening eyesore and pollution generator that absolutely NOBODY NEEDS, just to line the pockets of some suited doucebags and some cock-sucking wall street shareholders.
