It’s completely unnecessary to put in a large truck stop in Evergreen. You have gas stations, either side of Evergreen less than 10 minutes away In Denver and Idaho Springs.

I lived in the Evergreen area for 35+ years. El Rancho is an historical site and needs to be treated as such. Demolishing the building and putting in a Quick Stop that we don't need in that area is an awful idea.

A truck stop would be detrimental to the Evergreen community and spoil our gateway. It will not benefit Evergreen residents in any way.

I have lived in Evergreen for 40 years. At the moment I live in Denver and have another property in Evergreen. The thought of that beautiful historical gorgeous building turning into a gas station is absolutely nauseating to me. I just don’t get the greed and that people don’t see the value of things other than just the money so sad please save a Rancho if we can.

I have lived just down the road from El Rancho for 36 years and it was one of the main reasons I chose this residence; for the history, a meetup place and a wonderful place to dine. I don’t want to live next to a noisy gas station. There is a gas station across the street, why to you want to put a thriving operation out of business! Shame on you! We love our El Rancho, it’s a reason for travelers to get off the road and venture into and explore Evergreen. Another gas station does NOTHING for the CIty of Evergreen and the businesses there in!

El Rancho is a valued regional landmark. El Rancho should be a state historic site illustrating life in Colorado before the Interstates.

I grew up in Jefferson county, driving by and stopping at El Rancho and it being the mark of a return home from the west. The metro area has changed in a negative way so much by losing culture and history, and it would be a shame to lose El Rancho to a chain gas station too.

I worked at El Rancho in the 80s and met my wife there. Her grandfather was Ray Zipprich. The restaurant has a very deep history in Colorado and needs to be saved.

I grew up visiting El Rancho for dinner, to shop the little store, and to rest, as a child, on the way home from skiing for the day. It sickens me to think it could be torn down to house a truck stop. It's a landmark and historical building, and should be saved by all means possible.

The El Rancho restaurant building and property should remain as they are. This is a historic landmark, the gateway to Evergreen off of the I-70 corridor. A truck stop is NOT wanted nor needed here. Go elsewhere!

Let’s create a sustainable center that would be a benefit to our c and visitors. How about a Stanley market place as a gateway to the mountains. A place where we showcase sustainable practices as people come to Colorado and into the mountains. A truck stop is thinking small!!!!

I am concerned with the increased volume of traffic of semi's and other vehicles that would result from development of a QuickTrip Truck Stop. This would degrade the uniqueness of El Rancho and the Evergreen Community.

There are plenty of gas stations in evergreen including just off i70. We dont need another at the expense of destruction of an historic building and much needed restaurant in our community. The restaurant provides good jobs for people in Evergreen

I have lived in Evergreen for over 10 years. Turning out on Rainbow Hill Rd is already a major issue and it will only get worse if this monstrosity is built. There just isn't enough stacking area for all of the new traffic this build will bring in. BAD IDEA THROUGH AND THROUGH.

Besides destroying an important historic Evergreen site, QuikTrip #4288 would create an absolute traffic nightmare at an already congested confluence of roads at a major I70 interchange.

Evergreen is the last frontier. Our community does not want this development which has nothing to do with Evergreen. Quicktrips belong in Denver. Not this community of protected mountain land which has no desire for a truck stop that is aimed towards truckers and travelers.

Traffic is already an issue. This stop is well off the interstate. No need to have more gas stations. Noisy, dirty, loud.
Dangerous bridge in winter

The long time residents of this area have reached our threshold for the Californians coming in with their narcissistic greed and self concern. It's no longer about what is legal, it's about what's right and wrong.

These characters have not acted in good faith with this community and now they are trying to sell that bad faith to you. Do not buy it.
