We don't want a truck stop and the problems that go with it

Ruining the view and historical El Rancho

I have seen research that shows increased crime and violence next to a store like this
We love living in north evergreen but this isn’t the Type of commerce that brings value to our town

Please, in the name of all that is Holy, stop the seemingly never ending ’Paving of Paradise’ to put up yet another parking lot.
More people, more scars upon the land we do not need. This is a Mountain Community, not an extension of Lakewood / Denver. There are many other areas better suited to this type of development. Seriously, move on.

As a resident for 23 years, we do not want or need this in our community.

This will ruin our town

I want to save Evergreen heritage.

This is a historic building and business that has been loved by me and do many others,
I will not give my business nor will my friends go Quick Trip, Is it all about the money?
This is a tight knit culture of people who live up here and they will not have a thriving g business if they attempt to put in a Quick Trip.
Leave this mountain area alone and move it to a more suitable area.

it will impact my and my family's safety, and will greatly increase impacts on resources and the road infrastructure in the area. it is also not at all in line with the immediate area's vibe.

This Quik Trip and the subsequent traffic that will come with it is not needed or wanted in Evergreen. The area where this would go is already congested enough and the area doesn’t need more gas stations.

No more gas stations

I believe it would harm our community and environment to bring in the QuikTrip and the loss of the historic El Rancho building and property would be a huge loss to our local history.

We don’t need a Truck Stop in that location!!

I do not want to see El Rancho removed to make a way for a truck stop/gas station.

There are plenty of gas stations that sell diesel already. We don't need loud trucks now parking there.

Want to improve el rancho in situ, and would impact evergreen negatively in my view

We live nearby and do not want a gas station with 18 wheelers and bright lights in our neighborhood

Evergreen does not need a truck stop

Incorrect location for a truck stop. Evergreen / el ranch is not an interstate location. Poor access on and off highway. Out of character. Hwy 74 intersection not compatible. Truck stops available in other locations. This location will get overwhelmed with lay over trucks during snow events.

Unnecessary and added congestion to already busy area. Continual degradation of quality of life for the mountain community we love, purely for profit of developers and big companies with no connection to our community.

Evergreen is a small, scenic, mountain community of only 10,000 people and a few hundred free roaming elk. The traffic, noise, litter, light pollution, and ugliness of such a large development has no place in Evergreen.

The El Rancho intersection is already busy and unsafe. The proposed QuikTrip development would significantly worsen these conditions for visitors and those of us who live here.

I have lived here more than 40 years for a REASON - The Quik Stop is a blight on the landscape, will ruin the "entrance" to our area from I-70, and turns us into another Aurora.

This is an historical building; to tear it down and replace it with a gas station/ Quick Trip would be a travesty!

Because this is my neighborhood

We have been long time Evergreen residents. El Rancho is a very important community staple. Evergreen is a unique town because of the its small businesses, not because of our chain gas stations or rest stops. There are stops in Morrison, Genesee, and Idaho Springs. There is absolutely no reason to tear down this lovely restaurant for corporate greed.

I enjoy taking out of town guests to show historic colorado

We have a gas station at that intersection. There are already many accidents at that corner. Plus the Park and ride with a bus stop that has to cross there. It is too dangerous.
