These poor people are freezing. Have a heart, would you be comfortable outside in this weather?

People are suffering

the temperature starts dropping at dark, 20 degrees is way too low for someone who has been outside all day.

Because, I was homeless at one time.

Because i was homeless for over a year and I know what is like being outside when it's freezing

It is absurd that homeless shelters aren't open by sunset.

In this day and age there should be no homeless! But being as though there is they should be taken care of many people are on the street through no fault of their own! Opening the shelter sooner and freezing temperature of 32 would be a great benefit to many people.
