We want a community that is managed properly and honestly by people who understand respect and community! This board. Rees to be replaced!!!! Now!!!!

We want these board members out. How there they to misuse and overuse our hard working money.

I love this community and I also want to live in this community without Being bullied over my property and things I can and cannot do on my property.

It’s ridiculous that we are paying 4,000 a month yet we don’t know where that’s going to and board members are paying a SINGLE PENNY compared to their community.

It involves a lot of actual concerns of our residents.

It's important to maintain trust and transparency in our community. Also, times are hard and people shouldn't be forced to pay unnecessary fees and taxes.

My wife and I have been to several CDD meetings and questions are never really answered and the board always seem to to take it personally whenever residents ask valid questions. Also there never seems to be any order or organization at these meetings, people talking over one another and there's never a feeling of accomplishment at the conclusion. So I figured it's time to be more involved.

Transparency in CDD process

I saw with my own eyes I paid almost 4000 in cdd taxes . They paid zero !!!

It give us the reason why we are paying too much in CDD comparing it with other communities that have more amenities and services.

This is very important to me my taxes keep going up in CDD keep going up at one point. I feel like I’m going to lose my home.
