Lakes aren’t cleaned, sidewalks are in bad condition, streets as well, landscaping isn’t kept up with. The pool closes way too early. The pool is dirty and the chairs that aren’t being used are just thrown in a corner giving a bad image. The volleyball area isn’t in good condition. The pavilions/gazebos aren’t cleaned they have wasps nests and spider webs all over.
